the location was great, near restaurants. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. (i had a good sleep) i also liked the friendly lady at the front desk during check in, she was very warm.
i stayed for five nights and no one cleaned my room. i had to take towels from the maids cart in the lobby. the front desk staff, except for one older man, were not friendly.

Kiro provided perfect valet service. He handled my car with such care. the hotel staff was cute. they assisted us greatly after lost luggage, it was resolved quickly. the location provided easy access to the city center, it was just a short distance.
housekeeping only comes upon request, i was not informed at check in.

Omari, the valet parking gentleman, provided great help. He made the whole parking process smooth and quick. The location suited me well. Getting around was straightforward. I liked the complimentary breakfast. It was simple but nice.

The accommodations were really great for a concert visit. The valet parking service was super friendly. The AC worked fantastically! I also appreciated the helpful and nice staff.
The breakfast setup could have been better. The lady who managed the breakfast area was not very pleasant. The breakfast was just average.
